Act 451 of 1976
380.1642 Judgment against school district; collection.
Sec. 1642.
Execution shall not issue on a judgment against a school district or an intermediate school district, and an action shall not be brought to enforce a judgment. The judgment shall be collected in the manner prescribed in this part.
