HB 4984 (Rep. David LaGrand) Criminal procedure: expunction; number of felony and misdemeanor offenses that may be set aside; expand.

HB 4985 (Rep. Sherry Gay-Dagnogo) Criminal procedure: records; expungement of multiple criminal offenses arising out of the same criminal transaction; allow under certain circumstances.
