HB 4956 (Cole) Vehicles; equipment; distance requirement between kingpins and axles on certain trucks; eliminate.

SB 481 (Stamas) Highways; name; portion of US-10; designate as the "Marine Lance Corporal Ryan Burgess Memorial Highway".

SB 582 (Knollenberg) Vehicles; registration; issuance of plates, tabs, or placards to persons with disabilities; allow upon determination of a qualifying condition by a physical therapist.

SB 589 (MacGregor) Vehicles; other; operation of electric patrol vehicles on sidewalks; permit under certain circumstances and modify certain equipment requirements.

SB 626 (Marleau) Aeronautics; other; use of inland waters by aircraft; allow state transportation department to regulate.

SB 627 (Marleau) Aeronautics; other; provisions of natural resources and environmental protection act relating to marine safety; exclude application to aircraft regulated by aeronautics commission.

SB 672 (Pavlov) Transportation; carriers; motor carrier safety act; remove exemption for certain motor buses.

HB 4807 (Lauwers) Public utilities; public service commission; reference of Michigan public service commission in the carriers by water act; revise to Michigan state police and make certain modifications to rates charged by certain carriers by water.
