Health; abortion; law regulating abortions; clarify, and include provisions relating to medical abortions, screening for coercion to abort, liability insurance requirements, regulation of clinics as freestanding surgical outpatient facilities, disposition of fetal remains, and penalties. Amends secs. 2803, 2804, 2834, 2835, 2848, 13807, 16221, 16226, 16299, 17015, 17515, 20115 & 22224 of 1978 PA 368 (MCL 333.2803 et seq.) & adds secs. 2836, 2854, 17015a, 17017 & 17517.
