SB 599 (Sen. Ed McBroom) Health: pharmaceuticals; allowable amount of ephedrine and pseudoephedrine that may be sold at retail to an individual in a 30-day period; modify.

HB 4830 (Rep. Andrea Schroeder) Health facilities: quality assurance assessments; quality assurance assessment on ambulance providers; require department of health and human services to provide notice of the assessment.

HB 4862 (Rep. Douglas Wozniak) Health: emergency services; critical incident stress management services for emergency service providers; revise to include certain health professionals and individuals employed by or under contract with a health facility or agency.

HB 5043 (Rep. Hank Vaupel) Mental health: other; use of mediation as a first step in dispute resolution; allow.

HB 5044 (Rep. LaTanya Garrett) Children: foster care; citation to mental health code definition; revise.

SB 77 (Sen. Jim Runestad) Health facilities: nursing homes; electronic monitoring devices in nursing homes; allow under certain circumstances.
