HJR O (Rep. Tommy Brann) Courts: judges; age limit for election of or appointment to a judicial office; eliminate.

SB 229 (Sen. Tom Barrett) Health: abortion; partial-birth abortion provision; modify to include dismemberment abortion.

SB 230 (Sen. Kimberly A. LaSata) Criminal procedure: sentencing guidelines; sentencing guidelines for the crime of dismemberment abortion; enact.
