Subject:	Adoption of Michigan residential code

Good afternoon,
I am writing in regard to the upcoming adoption of the 2021 MRC.  If the plan is to 
eventually adopt the 2024 MRC then I ask that we just skip the 2021.  It will be less 
confusing for myself, builders and homeowners if we made one clean jump to 
2024.  Having to inform and reteach the public of the new rules for the 2021 and 2024 will 
be very problematic.  I ask that you make one change to the 2024 code to avoid 
administrative nightmares.
