Committee Meeting
Meetings by bodies of elected members delegated by the House or Senate to consider and make recommendations concerning disposition of bills, resolutions, and other related matters referred to them. Committees are appointed by the Speaker of the House or the Senate Majority Leader and are organized according to subject matter.
HB 4379 (Rep. Alex Garza) Economic development: Michigan economic growth authority; definition of new construction under the Michigan economic growth authority act; modify.
SB 808 (Sen. Jim Runestad) Property tax: delinquent taxes; delinquent tax foreclosure proceedings; modify certain notices.
SB 809 (Sen. Ruth A. Johnson) Property tax: delinquent taxes; delinquent tax foreclosure proceedings; modify certain procedures.
SB 768 (Sen. Aric Nesbitt) Individual income tax: rate; individual and corporate income tax rates and child tax credit; reduce rates and create credit.
And any other business properly before the committee.
