Amends secs. 4, 8, 22, 25, 26, 34, 36, 41, & 91 of 1980 PA 300 (MCL 38.1304 et seq.) & repeals sec. 41b, secs. 109 -- 112 & art. 7 of 1980 PA 300 (MCL 38.1341b et seq.).
