Act 269 of 1909

390.107 State board of agriculture; power to fix salaries and remove professors and employees.

Sec. 7.

The board shall fix the salary of the president, professors and other employes, and shall prescribe their respective duties; and it may remove any of these when the interests of the college shall require it.
