NATIONAL AND HOME GUARD USE OF DETROIT STATE FAIRGROUNDS PROPERTY

AN ACT to authorize the use of buildings on the state fairground property in the city of Detroit by the national guard and the home guard.

The People of the State of Michigan enact:
285.151 State fair grounds; occupancy by national or home guard; authorization.
Sec. 1.
The state administrative board is hereby authorized to permit the national guard and/or home guard to use any of the buildings of the state situated on the state fairground property in the city of Detroit: Provided, That such use shall not interfere with the holding of the annual state fair.
