460.1054 Powers of local units of government under MCL 125.3101 to 125.3702.

Sec. 54.

    Nothing in this subpart abrogates the powers granted to local units of government under the Michigan zoning enabling act, 2006 PA 110, MCL 125.3101 to 125.3702.
