NATIONAL CRIME PREVENTION AND PRIVACY COMPACT


Act 493 of 2008


AN ACT to allow the state of Michigan to enter into a compact for organizing an electronic information sharing system among the federal government and the states that will exchange criminal history records for certain purposes.
