CONTENT

The bill would amend Public Act 106 of 1909, which regulates the transmission of electricity through public places, to provide that the Act, and rate-making pursuant to the Act, would be subject to the Electric Transmission Line Certification Act (proposed by Senate Bill 408).

The bill is tie-barred to Senate Bill 408.
