CONTENT

The bill would amend Public Act 207 of 1921, which provides for city and village zoning ordinances, to specify that an ordinance adopted under the Act would be subject to the Electric Transmission Line Certification Act (proposed by Senate Bill 408).

The bill is tie-barred to Senate Bill 408.
