CONTENT

 

The bill would amend the Franchise Investment Law to remove a reference to the Consumers Council, in a provision that requires the Department of Attorney General, in cooperation with the Consumers Council, to prepare and make available a franchise opportunities handbook containing information to be used by a potential franchisee. The bill is tie-barred to Senate Bill 502.
