        A bill to amend 1931 PA 328, entitled

   "The Michigan penal code,"

   by amending sections 210 and 211 (MCL 750.210 and 750.211).

               THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

 1         Sec. 210.  Possession of bombs with intent to use

 2     unlawfully--Any  A person who carries or possesses a bomb or

 3    bombshell,  or  any article containing an explosive or combusti-

 4    ble substance, or A foul, offensive, or injurious substance or

 5    compound  ,  with THE intent to use  the same unlawfully  THAT

 6    BOMB OR BOMBSHELL, ARTICLE, SUBSTANCE, OR COMPOUND against the

 7    person or property of  other, shall be  ANOTHER IS guilty of a

 8    felony  , punishable  AND SHALL BE PUNISHED by imprisonment  in

 9     the state prison  for not less than 2  nor  YEARS OR more than

10     5  15 years.

 1         Sec. 211.  Manufacture, etc., of explosives with intent to

 2     use unlawfully--Any  A person who  shall manufacture, buy, sell,

 3     furnish  MANUFACTURES, BUYS, SELLS, OR FURNISHES or  cause 

 4    CAUSES to be furnished  ,  or  have  HAS in HIS OR HER possession

 5     any nitro-glycerine  NITROGLYCERINE, dynamite, giant powder, or

 6    any other dangerous explosive material, with the intent to use

 7     the same  IT unlawfully against the person or property of

 8    another,  shall be  IS guilty of a felony  , punishable  AND

 9    SHALL BE PUNISHED by imprisonment  in the state prison  for not

10    less than 2 years  nor  OR more than  5  15 years.
