A bill to co-designate a part of Michigan state highway M-85 as Matt McNeely boulevard; and to prescribe the duties of the state transportation department. THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT: 1 Sec. 1. The part of M-85 located in the city of Detroit 2 between Outer drive and I-75 shall also be known as "Matt McNeely 3 boulevard". 4 Sec. 2. The state transportation department shall provide 5 for the erection of suitable markers upon the part of the highway 6 described in section 1 indicating the alternative names of the 7 highway. 01794'97 * Final page.
