   "The international tradeport development authority act,"

   (MCL 125.2521 to 125.2546).

               THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

 1         Enacting section 1.  The international tradeport development

 2    authority act, 1994 PA 325, MCL 125.2521 to 125.2546, is

 3    repealed.
