        A bill to designate highway M-6 in Kent and Ottawa counties

   as the Paul B. Henry freeway; and to prescribe the duties of the

   state transportation department.

               THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

 1         Sec. 1.  That part of highway M-6 located within Kent and

 2    Ottawa counties shall be known as the "Paul B. Henry Freeway".

 3         Sec. 2.  The state transportation department shall provide

 4    for the erection of suitable markers on the portion of highway

 5    M-6 described in section 1 indicating the name of the highway.
