            STEIL, HART and BENNETT and referred to the Committee on
            Families, Mental Health and Human Services.
     


        A bill to amend 1961 PA 236, entitled

   "Revised judicature act of 1961,"

   by repealing section 2163 (MCL 600.2163).

               THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

 1         Enacting section 1.  Section 2163 of the revised judicature

 2    act of 1961, 1961 PA 236, MCL 600.2163, is repealed.
