ENROLLED HOUSE BILL No. 5851

AN ACT to designate highway M-6 in Kent and Ottawa counties as the Paul B. Henry freeway; and to prescribe the duties of the state transportation department.

The People of the State of Michigan enact:

Sec. 1. That part of highway M-6 located within Kent and Ottawa counties shall be known as the "Paul B. Henry Freeway".

Sec. 2. The state transportation department shall provide for the erection of suitable markers on the portion of highway M-6 described in section 1 indicating the name of the highway.

This act is ordered to take immediate effect.
