A SUMMARY OF HOUSE BILL 6090 AS INTRODUCED 11-9-00


House Bill 6090 would amend the Pupil Transportation Act to allow one or more people authorized by a school to ride a school bus for the protection of property, and the health, safety, and welfare of students, or others attending school related functions. Currently the law allows authorized persons to ride a school bus for the protection of property, or the health, safety, and welfare of students.
