CONTENT
The bills would amend two statutes that cite sections of the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC), to bring those citations into conformity with changes to Article 9 of the UCC proposed by House Bill 5228. House Bill 5410 would amend Public Act 289 of 1976 (which involves the financing of student loan programs). House Bill 5414 would amend the Savings Bank Act.
