               THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

           Enacting section 1.  The following acts and parts of acts

      are repealed:

           (a) 1935 PA 147, MCL 254.151 to 254.167.

           (b) Section 356 of the executive organization act of 1965,

 5
      1965 PA 380, MCL 16.456.
