        A bill to amend 1964 PA 158, entitled

   "An act to provide for the licensing of wholesale potato dealers;
   to prescribe certain powers and duties for certain state agen-
   cies; to require certain types of financial security for certain
   persons under certain circumstances, and to prescribe the proce-
   dure for its enforcement; to provide remedies and penalties for
   violations of the act; and to repeal certain acts and parts of
   acts,"

   by repealing section 13 (MCL 290.463).

               THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

           Enacting section 1. Section 13 of 1964 PA 158, MCL 290.463,
