   "An act to authorize a bridge over the public navigable waters of
   Crooked lake in Emmet county,"

   (MCL 254.111 to 254.112).

               THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

           Enacting section 1.  1959 PA 82, MCL 254.111 to 254.112, is
