A bill to make appropriations for the department of state police and

certain other state purposes for the fiscal year ending September 30,

2001; to provide for the expenditure of the appropriations; and to pro-

vide for the disposition of fees and other income received by the various

state agencies.

12 Sec. 201. In accordance with the provisions of section 30 of arti-

13 cle IX of the state constitution of 1963, total state spending from state

14 resources in this appropriations act for the fiscal year ending

17 Sec. 202. The appropriations made and expenditures authorized under

18 this act and the departments, commissions, boards, offices, and programs

19 for which appropriations are made under this act are subject to the man-
