A bill to repeal 1955 PA 191, entitled

"An act authorizing the state highway commissioner of Michigan to

enter into negotiations with the Wisconsin state highway commis-

sioner in the preparation of plans, specifications and designs of

an interstate bridge extending from First street in Menominee

across the Menominee river to Ogden street in Marinette,

Wisconsin, and to provide for the cost and expense of such plans,

specifications and designs,"

(MCL 254.131).

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

1 Enacting section 1. 1955 PA 191, MCL 254.131, is repealed.
