ENROLLED SENATE BILL No. 1128

AN ACT to repeal 1915 PA 50, entitled "An act to provide for the payment of bounties for the killing of common rats," (MCL 433.251 to 433.253).

The People of the State of Michigan enact:

Enacting section 1. 1915 PA 50, MCL 433.251 to 433.253, is repealed.

This act is ordered to take immediate effect.
