ENROLLED SENATE BILL No. 1126

AN ACT to repeal 1867 PA 202, entitled "An act to protect the title of the owners of floating logs and lumber," (MCL 426.101 to 426.107).

The People of the State of Michigan enact:

Enacting section 1. 1867 PA 202, MCL 426.101 to 426.107, is repealed.

This act is ordered to take immediate effect.
