ADDENDUM TO SENATE FISCAL AGENCY ANALYSIS OF SB 1324 DATED 5-30-02:

HOUSE COMMITTEE ACTION:

The House Committee on Conservation and Outdoor Recreation adopted a Substitute H-2 for the bill. Rather than repealing the current sunset date (April 1, 2002), the committee substitute would extend the sunset to December 31, 2005. In addition, the substitute would tie-bar the bill to House Bill 5380, and would add an effective date of 90 days after enactment.
