· totally disabled veterans with honorable discharges;
· Korean War veterans (and the spouses of Korean War veterans);
· Vietnam War veterans (and the spouses of Vietnam veterans);
· World War II veterans (and the spouses of World War II veterans);
· Gulf War veterans and spouses of those veterans (including members of the Michigan National Guard, the United States Armed Forces Reserve, or any branch of the armed services called to active duty during the Persian Gulf War); and,
· members (and their spouses) of the Michigan National Guard, the United States Armed Forces Reserve, or any branch of the armed services of the United States called to active duty during a declared war or an armed conflict in which the United States was a participant.
