A SUMMARY OF HOUSE BILL 5524 AS INTRODUCED 12-13-01
House Bill 5524 would require the United States flag and the National League of Families POW/MIA flag to be displayed on the flagpole above the House of Representative chamber during session days and on public occasions. The Department of Management and Budget would ensure that the flags are displayed, and would provide the necessary flag staffs.
