        A bill to amend 1980 PA 350, entitled

   "The nonprofit health care corporation reform act,"

   (MCL 550.1101 to 550.1704) by adding section 416c.

               THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

           SEC. 416C.  EACH HEALTH CARE CORPORATION GROUP AND NONGROUP

 2
      CERTIFICATE SHALL PROVIDE BENEFITS FOR EXPENSES INCURRED IN THE

 3
      CARE AND TREATMENT OF ECTODERMAL DYSPLASIA, INCLUDING, BUT NOT

 4
      LIMITED TO, DENTURES, DENTAL IMPLANTS, AND SCALP HAIR PROSTHESES.

           Enacting section 1.  This amendatory act takes effect

      January 1, 2002.
