A SUMMARY OF SENATE BILL 111 AS PASSED BY THE SENATE 3-10-04

The bill would amend Part 741 (State Parks System) of the Natural Resources and Environmental Protection Act to require the Department of Natural Resources, on each day a state park with a designated shooting range is open to visitors, to post a visible notice stating the time the shooting range is open that day.

The bill would have no fiscal impact on the state or local governmental units.
