A SUMMARY OF HOUSE BILL 5784 AS INTRODUCED 4-21-04

The bill would permit the State Administrative Board to convey certain property located in Dewitt Township in Clinton County and Lansing Township in Ingham County from the Department of Management and Budget to the Department of Military and Veterans Affairs. 

FISCAL IMPACT:

The bill transfers the title of a state-owned piece of property from the Department of Management and Budget to the Department of Military and Veterans Affairs.  As a result, the bill would have no state or local fiscal impact.
