CONTENT
The bill would amend Part 821 (Snowmobiles) of the Natural Resources and Environmental Affairs Protection Act to prohibit a snowmobile headlight from being covered with a lens cap of any color.
The bill would amend Section 82131, which prohibits a person from operating a snowmobile without displaying a lighted headlight and a lighted taillight. Section 82131 does not apply to a snowmobile of a model year 25 years old or older.
