A bill to amend 1931 PA 328, entitled
"The Michigan penal code,"
by repealing sections 338, 338a, and 338b (MCL 750.338, 750.338a,
and 750.338b).
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:
1 Enacting section 1. Sections 338, 338a, and 338b of the
2 Michigan penal code, 1931 PA 328, MCL 750.338, 750.338a, and
3 750.338b, are repealed.
