A bill to amend 1976 PA 451, entitled
"The revised school code,"
(MCL 380.1 to 380.1852) by adding section 1140.
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:
1 Sec. 1140. If a school district, intermediate school
2 district, or public school academy allows institutions of higher
3 education access to school facilities or activities to provide
4 information to pupils about educational opportunities, the board
5 of the school district or intermediate school district or board
6 of directors of the public school academy shall allow the same
7 access to representatives of skilled trades associations to
8 provide information about apprenticeship programs.
