A bill to amend 1980 PA 350, entitled
"The nonprofit health care corporation reform act,"
(MCL 550.1101 to 550.1704) by adding section 403c.
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:
1 Sec. 403c. Section 2006a of the insurance code of 1956,
2 1956 PA 218, MCL 500.2006a, applies to a health care corporation.
3 Enacting section 1. This amendatory act does not take
4 effect unless Senate Bill No. _____ or House Bill No. 5382
5 (request no. 05398'03) of the 92nd Legislature is enacted into
6 law.
