CONTENT
The bill would amend the handgun licensure Act to specify that a license to carry a concealed pistol that was renewed within one year before the immediately preceding license term expired, would have to bear an issue date identical to the expiration date of the preceding license.
The bill would take effect on July 1, 2006.
