CONTENT
The bill would amend Public Act 181 of 1953 (which creates the office of county medical examiner) to allow a physician licensed in another state that borders the county to serve as medial examiner in a county that does not have an accredited hospital.
Under the Act, a county medical examiner must be a physician licensed to practice in the State.
