SUBSTITUTE FOR

HOUSE BILL NO. 4465

     A bill to amend 1994 PA 451, entitled

"Natural resources and environmental protection act,"

(MCL 324.101 to 324.90106) by adding section 40111b.

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

     Sec. 40111b. A person shall not do either of the following:

     (a) Use a remotely operated firearm, bow, or crossbow to take

a bird or mammal located in this state.

     (b) Offer or provide the use of a remotely operated firearm,

bow, or crossbow to another person to take a bird or mammal located

in this state.
