SENATE SUBSTITUTE FOR

HOUSE BILL NO. 6310

     A bill to amend 2001 PA 142, entitled

"Michigan memorial highway act,"

(MCL 250.1001 to 250.2080) by adding section 1075.

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

     Sec. 1075. Highway M-81 in Tuscola county beginning at the

intersection of highway M-81 and Van Geisen road and continuing

southwest to the intersection of highway M-81 and Chambers road

shall be known as the "Veterans of Foreign Wars Memorial Highway".
