A bill to amend 1979 PA 152, entitled
"State license fee act,"
(MCL 338.2201 to 338.2277) by adding section 14.
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:
Sec. 14. Fees for a person licensed or seeking licensure as a
home inspector under article 14 of the occupational code, MCL
339.1401 to 339.1406, are as follows:
(a) Application processing fee......................... $ 15.00
(b) Examination fee, if applicable..................... $ 50.00
(c) Examination review fee, if applicable.............. $ 20.00
(d) License fee, per year.............................. $ 40.00
Enacting section 1. This amendatory act does not take effect
unless Senate Bill No.____ or House Bill No. 4134(request no.
00520'05) of the 93rd Legislature is enacted into law.
