A bill to amend 2003 PA 258, entitled
"Land bank fast track act,"
by amending section 20 (MCL 124.770).
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:
Sec. 20. (1) The state administrative board may transfer to
the state authority tax reverted property owned or under control of
this state, on terms and conditions the state administrative board
considers appropriate and consistent with the provisions of this
act. A transfer of property by the state administrative board under
this section is subject only to the terms and conditions imposed by
the state administrative board and is not subject to section 2101
of the natural resources and environmental protection act, 1994 PA
451, MCL 324.2101.
(2) The state administrative board shall transfer and convey
to the state authority, subject to the conditions and restrictions
of this section, the surplus state real property described in this
section, including all options, easements, rights-of-way, and all
improvements
to the property except as noted in this section. All

(3) Proceeds from the sale of property transferred to the
state authority under this section shall be deposited in the fund
and expended for purposes of this act.
(4) The governor may direct a department or agency of this
state to prepare or record any documents necessary to evidence the
transfer of property to the state authority under this section.
