A bill to amend 1976 PA 388, entitled
"Michigan campaign finance act,"
(MCL 169.201 to 169.282) by adding section 19.
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:
Sec. 19. A person shall not sell or use any information
obtained from a statement or report that is made available for
public inspection or reproduction or disclosed to the public under
this act if the sale or use is for the purpose of soliciting a
contribution.
