"Mr. Speaker and members of the House:

I voted no because we should remember the Sabbath and keep it holy for Christian's and we should absolutely prohibit entering a Church, Synagogue, Mosque, Temple or other House of Worship for the purpose of any legal process. No Judge should have the authority to so Order. Why is it necessary to allow such a act with all of the opportunities for Substituted Service? This shows a contempt for what little solace troubled individuals have - a day of rest. Are we stuck on symbolism as opposed to action to demonstrate our faith? This is an unnecessary bill and I protest its passage."
