A bill to amend 1984 PA 431, entitled
"The management and budget act,"
(MCL 18.1101 to 18.1594) by adding section 241c.
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:
Sec. 241c. If the department or a state agency contracts to
construct or renovate a facility in an amount of $250,000.00 or
more, the department shall require that not less than 1 automated
external defibrillator shall be located and made available at that
facility.
